The Connected Concierge Management Group was founded in 2000 by Lee Bryant, former Senior Concierge at The Little Nell, Aspen’s five-star luxury hotel, when she realized a need for professional planning services to vacationing Aspen visitors and second homeowners. As lee spent more and more time in her client’s homes, it became evident that there was also a need for property management services to her clients.
With that realization In 2004, Lee partnered with her husband Keith, who oversees the property management aspects of the business. Having more than 20 years experience in the hospitality business as well as home building, it was a natural fit. Second homes are a little like running small hotels.
