The Connected Concierge Management Group was founded in 2000 by Lee Bryant, former Senior Concierge at The Little Nell, Aspen’s five-star luxury hotel, when she realized a need for professional planning services to vacationing Aspen visitors. After four years of successful business growth, Lee partnered with her husband Keith, with over 20 years of luxury hospitality management experience; providing expertise in corporate group sales, catering sales, and conference service planning.

As the Connected Concierge Management Group has grown, our guiding mission and company philosophy has remained the same, it is simple, yet highly respected. We are committed to providing superior guest service and “taking genuine care” of our clients.
